We ship all products from Cluj-Napoca, Romania. All orders are processed Monday-Friday, from 10 am-4 pm. Orders placed outside these hours/in weekends will be processed starting the following working day.
Returns are accepted on all items within 14 days from receiving your order. The returned items must be returned in the condition in which it was received, in the original packaging with all labels intact, with no traces that may indicate that the product has been worn/used after it has been received.
