SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship all products from Cluj-Napoca, Romania. All orders are processed from Monday-Friday, from 10 am-4 pm. Orders placed on weekends will be processed starting Monday.

NATIONAL (Romania):

We offer domestic shipping by courier.

Cluj-Napoca: Free pickup from our Showroom's location (Monday-Friday, 11 AM-4 PM/ Additional hours are possible if requested)
Rest of Romania:

>> 15 LEI: low-weight items (clothing, accessories, small decorative items)

>> 79 LEI: medium-fragile objects (chandeliers, lamps, statues)

>> 119 LEI: medium-heavy weight objects (armchairs, chairs, small tables, other small furniture pieces, heavy decorative objects)

>> 349 LEI (heavy-fragile items from the Furniture category)

>> 499 LEI (multiple heavy items)

*Please keep in mind that the shipping cost is automatically calculated at the checkout by the total weight of the order.

If an order includes items from the low-weight fee category, but these items are paired with a medium-fragile weight item, together they might weigh/cost the same as a medium-heavy item.

INTERNATIONAL

RETURN & REFUND

Returns are accepted on all items within 14 days from receiving your order.

The returned items must be returned in new & unused condition, in the original packaging with all labels intact, with no traces that may indicate that the product has been worn/used.
You may return items using any of your preferred methods. The cost of return-shipping will be supported by you.

All refunds will be made within 14 days from the confirmation of receiving the returned product.

The refund will be based upon the original payment method.
Once we receive your return we will verify its condition. If the condition of the item does not respect our Return Policy, we cannot make a refund.
Your refund will be completed via the original payment method, excluding the delivery costs (the additional services, including but not limited to the shipping of the products, paid by you, cannot be refunded).
